Accessible / water / fire proof safe
This feature can be used if you plan on being away from internet access, but would still like to be able to access the data in BestNotes.
The export files contain all contacts demographic information. To access the data export options, click on Settings in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.
Then navigate to the bottom of the Settings menu.
The HTML file option can be opened in a web browser and contacts can be searched by last name. This is a great option if you need to occasionally lookup contact information outside of BestNotes.
The Excel option provides is a csv (comma separated values) file that can be viewed in any spreadsheet application. This is a great option to pull data out of BestNotes for external reporting.
