Once you have created your Default Permission Groups, you can assign these "Permission Groups" to your users.


Permission Required

To assign default permission groups to a user, you must have the "Manage Users" permission.

Assign permission group

Updating an existing user will overwrite any permissions that have previously been assigned to that user. Once you have assigned a permission group to a user, you can manually edit the permissions. 

  1. Create a user, or navigate to an existing user.
  2. In the "Permission Group" drop-down, select the appropriate Permission Group for the user. 
  3. Verify the permissions given are appropriate for the role of the user, and make any adjustments necessary.
  4. Select "Save."
