You can add and manage goals in your Treatment Plan Library.

Permissions Required

  • Manage Tx Plan Library

Managing Goals in the Treatment Plan Library

To add and manage goals, you must have the "Manage Tx Plan Library" permission.

Navigate to Treatment Plan Library

  1. Navigate to "Settings" and "Tx Plan Library."

  1. This will bring you to the main window for the Treatment Plan Library.

Manage Goals

  1. Select the "View/Edit Goals" button.

  1. Select the code system you would like to add it to from the "Code System" drop-down.

  1. Then select the library you would like to manage from the "View/Edit Goals in this Content Library", or search by selecting the appropriate category and code in the "Category" and "Code Search" drop-downs.

Create New Goal

  1. Select "Add Long Term Goal" to create a new goal.

  1. Enter in the new goal in the "Goal" text area.

  1. The "Content Library" will default to the one selected. If none was selected, select the desired "Content Library."

  1. Select the "Category" if applicable.

  1. Select "Save."

Update Existing Goal

  1. To edit an existing goal, select the goal you would like to edit.

  1. Make any necessary adjustments.

  1. Select "Save."

  1. Select "Delete" to delete the goal.
