This article explains how users with appropriate permissions can force a password reset for another user who has forgotten their password.

Force a Password Reset

  1. Select "Settings", then select "Users."

  1. Select the name of the user that needs the password reset to open the "User Details" screen.

  1. Users that have not verified their email will have a "Force password reset" checkbox. To force a password reset, enter a temporary password in the "Password*" and the "Verify Password" fields, select the checkbox next to "Force password reset", and select "Save."

  1. Users that have verified their email will have a "Send password reset" checkbox, select this checkbox, and select "Save."

The user selected will now enter the temporary password, and will then be required to update their password upon logging in (not verified), or they will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
