User Permissions Required (contact your BestNotes System Administrator for user permissions):

  • Click Settings

  • Click Users

Open the User Details Screen

  1. Click on the name of the User needing a Password reset, opening the User Details edit box.
  2. Enter a temporary password into the Password field
  • NOTE: Must meet the security requirements of your company.
  • Re-enter the temporary password into the Verify Password field
  • Check the Force password reset box 

  • Click Save
    • NOTE: This will allow the user to use the password given once and then they will have to select a new password known only to them.
