User Permissions Required (contact your BestNotes System Administrator for user permissions):
- Click Settings
- Click Users
Open the User Details Screen
- Click on the name of the User needing a Password reset, opening the User Details edit box.
- Enter a temporary password into the Password field
NOTE: Must meet the security requirements of your company.
- NOTE: This will allow the user to use the password given once and then they will have to select a new password known only to them.
