If you are having trouble opening DrFirst, you may have a pop-up blocker preventing the window from opening. To remedy this, follow the steps below:

  1. From your Microsoft Edge browser, select the menu in the top right corner.
  2. Select "Settings."
  3. Select "Cookies and site permissions."
  4. Scroll down to and select the "Pop-ups and redirects."
  5. Then next to the "Allow" option select, "Add."
  6. In the "Site" field, type: https://www.drfirst.com/ and select "Add."

You should now be able to open DrFirst. You can test this by selecting the "ePrescribe" button on a client's chart.
