If you are having trouble opening DrFirst, you may have a pop-up blocker preventing the window from opening. To remedy this, follow the steps below:

  1. From your firefox browser, select the hamburger menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Select "Settings."
  3. Select "Privacy and Security."
  4. Scroll down to the "Permissions" section.
  5. Next to the "Block pop-up windows" select "Exceptions..."
  6. In the "Address of website" field, type in: https://www.drfirst.com/.
  7. Select "Allow", then select "Save Changes."

You should now be able to open DrFirst. You can test this by selecting the "ePrescribe" button on a client's chart.
