If you need to update your BestNotes Account Automatic Billing Authorization you can do that by following the steps outlined in this document. 

Navigate to Automatic Billing Authorization

  1. Navigate to www.bestnotes.com.
  2. Hover over the"Support" tab in the top menu and select the "Account Management" option. 


--OR--


  1. In your BestNotes, navigate to "Settings" and "Account Details." The Account Details tab is only available to System Administrators.
  2. In the "Account Bill" section, select the "Update Payment Method" link.

Complete Automatic Billing Authorization application

This will take you to the"Automatic Billing Authorization" portal login screen.

  1. To log in, type in the "User ID (email)" and "Password" used to subscribe to BestNotes. If you are unsure what your login information is, or if you don't have any, you can create a new account on the right hand side. 
  2. Select the "Automatic Billing Authorization" application below the "Update Financial Details" header.
  3. Fill out the each page, and select "Save & Continue" at the bottom until you reach the "Review" page.
  4. On the "Review" page, you can select "Print a copy for my records" if you would like a copy, and then select "Submit Form."
