Navigate to:

  1. Settings
  2. Tx Plan Library
  3. View/Edit Custom Problems

  • Add Custom Problem:
  1. Enter a Label and the Custom Problem title.
  2. Enter a Category OR use the dropdown menu.
  3. Type in the As Evidence by items.
  • NOTES: 
    • Reference the Special Codes at the bottom of the screen.
    • As Evidence by requires at least one [[clickable text]] special code for users to select and have text populate.

  • A user requires the Create Tx Plan permission to give a client a Problem.

Navigate to:
  1. Master Tx Plan
  2. Click Add Problem

  • Select the following:
  1. Custom Problems from Code System dropdown menu
  2. Category
  3. Code from Code Search dropdown menu
  4. Click one of the As Evidence by selections as needed.
