This article provides steps to resolve an issue on Mac where the 'OK' button is unclickable when linking a client to DrFirst.
Permissions Required
No specific BestNotes permissions are required.
Resolving the DrFirst Link Prompt on Mac
- Click Cancel on the prompt.
- Click the Red Question Mark (Top-right).
- Check the "Remember ..." option when prompted.
- Return to BestNotes and click the ePrescribe button again.
- BestNotes should automatically take you to DrFirst from now on via that computer.
