If you decide that you would like to cancel BestNotes, the system administrator or an approved individual (CEO, CFO, etc.) will need to send a written request. This can be done by sending an email to team@bestnotes.com requesting that we begin the cancellation procedure for your company. Once a written request has been submitted, you will receive an email response that will include a link to our cancellation form. This form will need to be filled out completely.

Included on this form is a checkbox to offer a data export, including all PDFs that were uploaded to the clients chart. You can choose from the following three options:

  1. Continue a full-access subscription to BestNotes for a single user ($55.00 per month). We strongly recommend this option as you are free to use BestNotes as usual.
  2. We have not entered data into BestNotes, therefore, delete the account.
  3. Download, then delete your data from the BestNotes system.

Once the form is completed and submitted, you will receive confirmation from us, along with a copy of your cancellation form to keep in your records.

Your final bill will be sent the first of the month following the receipt of your cancellation request. If you choose to have the data exported, you can expect to have that the first week of the month following your cancellation.

If you do not choose option number one, you will have 90 days after cancellation to login as the system administrator to view and print records as you wish. After 90 days we will delete your account permanently from our records.
