On some laptops,  when using the trackpad to input information, selecting a diagnosis in the "Diagnosis Widget" will not register, not allowing further progress in the widget. There are two known possible options to work around this.

• Connecting a traditional mouse to the computer and using it to select the drop-downs in the Diagnosis Widget
• Using the arrow keys on the keyboard to highlight the desired option, then pressing enter on the keyboard to select it.
