Running the BestNotes Application from inside the macOS downloads folder can cause problems printing from BestNotes.


To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Close the BestNotes application.
  2. Open the "Finder" application.
  3. Navigate to your "Downloads" folder.
  4. Move BestNotes from your "Downloads" folder into your "Applications" folder.
