Roles and Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth experience, roles are defined as follows:- BestNotes Role: We will establish the API connection, perform initial testing with the billing service representative, and ensure technical stability. We provide initial workflow training for your Billing Services main point of contact.
- Billing Services Role: Your Billing Services main point of contact will then be responsible for onboarding and providing day-to-day CollaborateMD support for individual users.
Requirements and Setup Process
A representative from the Billing Services account must initiate this connection. To proceed, please complete the following steps:- Ensure the CollaborateMD account (the Billing Services account) is prepared to be billed for the API connection.
- Ensure your primary BestNotes Billing Services account has current payment details on file before activation.
Settings > Account Details > Click "Update Payment Details" link
- Create a support ticket by contacting submit a support ticket with the CollaborateMD account number(s) for any BestNotes accounts you would like to activate. To inactivate a connection, contact submit a support ticket with the account number you would like to inactivate.
- Once we receive your request, BestNotes will reply with a scheduling link to test the API connection. Please allow 2-3 business days to activate the API connection.
