If your account has the OQ Analyst integration enabled, an OQAnalyst tab appears on each client. It opens OQ Analyst's Questionnaire History page in a new window so you can see your client's full OQA context without leaving OutcomeTools.

Level 1+ (when the integration is enabled)

When the OQAnalyst tab appears

The OQAnalyst tab only appears when the OQ Analyst integration is turned on for your account. If you don't see the tab, the integration isn't enabled — contact your administrator.

Opening OQ Analyst Questionnaire History

Opening the tab requests an OQA link for this client and then pops a new browser window at OQ Analyst's Questionnaire History page for them. OutcomeTools does not embed OQ Analyst; it hands off so you see data directly from OQA.

If pop-ups are blocked you'll see an Open Again button to retry after allowing pop-ups.

If the client has no OQA data yet, the tab shows a friendly note — OQA data becomes available once surveys have been completed for the client.

How OutcomeTools data reaches OQ Analyst

When the integration is active:

  • Client and employee (user) records are pushed from OutcomeTools to OQA so OQA has matching identifiers.
  • OQA-relevant survey completions from OutcomeTools trigger a sync to OQA.
  • The OQAnalyst tab simply launches OQA; OQA owns its own presentation of the client's questionnaire history.

For configuration, connection status, and credentials, see Admin: Integrations.

Tab shows an error or empty state? The most common causes are: integration not configured, credentials not set, or no sync has occurred yet. An administrator can confirm in Integrations.
