The Integrations card shows the external systems connected to your OutcomeTools account and lets you set a few account-level switches. The integrations themselves are configured for you by the OutcomeTools support team.

Level 5 only

Where do I find my account's integrations?

Integrations appear on the Settings page, on the Integrations card. Each row identifies a system OutcomeTools is connected to for your account, or an account-level switch you can control.

What appears on the Integrations card?

  • Connected systems (read-only). Any integration configured for your account is listed as a status row — for example BestNotes (EHR), OQ Analyst, and FoRSE (NAATP national data registry). These rows show a live health check; a FoRSE registration still awaiting NAATP shows a Pending Activation chip. You can't edit their credentials or events here.
  • System of Record (SOR). If your account is controlled by a System of Record, an SOR row appears with a switch that governs whether SOR users may sign in to OutcomeTools directly. The SOR may also own some of your records outright — see Working with a connected system of record.
  • Allow notifications. An account-level switch (editable at Level 5) that controls whether users can be notified of survey submissions and client alerts. Each user still manages their own notification preferences separately.
  • Configured by support. Integrations are activated, and their credentials and event subscriptions managed, by the OutcomeTools support team. To add or remove an integration, contact support rather than editing these settings yourself.
