  1. Add [BLANK==   ]. Add any data points such as Date, Time of session, Group Name, etc., between == and the closing bracket. Everything between these brackets will appear on all clients' pages. Information you may need in this area would be date, duration, session type, and summary notes.
  2. Add [GROUP_PARTICIPANTS==   ]. Add any data points such as attitude, participation, notes, etc., between == and the closing bracket. Everything between these brackets will appear on individual client's pages. Information you may need in this area would be attitude, participation, and individual notes.
  3. Add [GROUP_SIGNATURES]. This will be where the signatures will appear when Save, Sign and Lock is pushed.

For a quick copy and paste (NOTE: use the BestNotes Notepad to clear HTML formatting before pasting into BestNotes. For more information, Click HERE.):

[BLANK==   ]
[GROUP_PARTICIPANTS==   ]
[GROUP_SIGNATURES]

NOTE: If a Group Note only has a Med/Clinical Special Field {XMDATA_#XX} a New Session will NOT populate this special field. A separate {XPH} must be added before this type of special field in order for XMDATA to populate.
