Using the Portal Button on Reports

The Portal button is available under Reports, specifically within the Register/Ledger Report when you Group By “Contact”. This button is designed to save portal information for groups of contacts rather than individual entries. You will find it alongside the “Save Snapshots” button.

  1. NOTE: Always click the Portal button before clicking the Save Snapshot button.
