Is BestNotes my billing company?
No, your company is responsible for:
- Contacting Payers
- Updating information that caused the claim to fail in the billing software OR returning to BestNotes to void the ledger, enter a new ledger, and submitting the claim again.
- BestNotes only provides -
- The tools (software) for a user in your company to process billing to a Claims software partner.
- The training and support to use BestNotes features and NOT any Claims software.

How does a user manage claims?
- Each contact has a claims manager OR a billing user who can process all claims (for more information, Click HERE).
- Also, a billing user can access Reports.
