Understanding Pending Signatures Reports
Standard Report
The Standard Report displays notes that have not been signed and identifies who still needs to sign them for completion.
- This report is developed based on any outstanding signatures.
- There is no date requirement.
- A user drop down is populated only by those users that have an outstanding signature requirement and also gives the option to select All Active users, All Inactive Users.
Contact Pending Signatures Report (Library Custom Report)
The Contact Pending Signatures report displays the number of notes that need to be signed by contacts. It can be filtered by Tags and shows the Client ID (CID), Contact Name, Type, Start Date, Discharge Date, and Number of Required Signatures. This report is sorted by the client with the most number of signatures required to the least.
