 User Permissions Required (contact your BestNotes System Administrator for user permissions):

 


  • Background graphics must be checked during Print Preview to print the highlight color (e.g. red, yellow, or green).


 


Expiring Meds: by Group/Location

  • Date Range - Single Day
  • Inventory ID
  • Pharmacy
  • Added
  • Expiration:
    • Black text - Still can be dispensed
    • Red text - Do NOT dispense
  • Dose
  • Quantity
  • Dispensed
  • Remaining





 



History:

  • by Group (Location)
    • Date Range - Single day
    • Filter by Show Exceptions (Declined or STAT Notes)
    • Red = Declined
    • Green = Administered
    • Yellow = Pending
    • Background graphics must be checked during Print Preview to print the highlight color (e.g. red, yellow, or green).


  • by Patient (NOTE: Name search through all of BestNotes contacts for historic purposes)
    • Date Range - Multiple days
    • Filter by Show Exceptions (Declined or STAT Notes)
    • Red = Declined
    • Green = Administered
    • Yellow = Pending
    • Will show all MedPass Times ever used
    • Background graphics must be checked during Print Preview to print the highlight color (e.g. red, yellow, or green).






Scheduled: by Group/Location
  • Date Range - Single Day
  • No Live Data
  • Only displays when a Med is registered by MedPass time
  • Yellow = designated time for administering
  • Can be exported to a .CSV file
  • Background graphics must be checked during Print Preview to print the highlight color (e.g. red, yellow, or green). Otherwise, only an "X" will display for the scheduled times.
