Where to find page layouts

Page layouts are managed on the Settings page, on the Page Layouts card. Each customizable page is listed as a row.

Which pages support layouts

The card-based pages — the Dashboard and the Client Summary — are listed as rows on the Page Layouts card. The set of pages and the cards available on each page evolve over time, so the rows you see here will change as new pages and cards ship.

How to edit a page layout

  1. Open Settings.
  2. On the Page Layouts card, click Customize for the page you want to edit.
  3. In the layout editor, drag cards to reorder, and toggle visibility to show or hide each one.
  4. Save. The new layout becomes the account default for every user.

How to lock a layout for all users

Each row also has a Lock checkbox. When checked, the account layout for that page is enforced — users cannot customize it from their My Account dialog, and any per-user overrides they previously saved are ignored. Leave it unchecked to let users tailor the page to their own preferences.

Page layout tips

  • Put the cards your team looks at first at the top — people scan from top to bottom.
  • Hide cards that aren't relevant to your workflow — fewer cards beats more options.
  • Lock the layout when consistency across your team matters more than individual flexibility.
