If you are looking to use BestNotes on your mobile device, you will find the download links here, as well as a list of the features that are available on the mobile application.
User Permissions
To access BestNotes on a mobile device, you will need the "Mobile Application Access" permission. Without this permission, you will be denied access on the mobile app. Access to other components of the mobile application are based on the permissions granted related to each component.

- Login using Biometrics or a PIN (once initial login is completed)

Login to Mobile Application
You will need to get your Site ID from your System Administrator. Then follow the steps below to login.
- Open the BestNotes app.
- Enter your User ID.
- Enter your Password.
- Enter your Site ID.
- Create a 4-digit Pin. Moving forward, you will login with this 4-digit Pin. Do not share this Pin.
- Select "Login."
Note: HIPAA requires that mobile devices that access PHI must have a PIN and/or password protection for their mobile device and the computer they access the BestNotes application on in addition to the PIN/Password that is used to access the application. |
